Image rights

By accepting this charter, the VOLUNTEER authorizes the CANNES VOLONTAIRES association to use photographs or videos featuring them—taken during their volunteer activities at any event in which they are involved—in any form and via any technical process, for purposes of illustration, decoration, promotion, or advertising regarding the activities, products, or services of CANNES VOLONTAIRES and any association or company contractually linked to them, worldwide.

The CANNES VOLONTAIRES association shall have the right to reproduce and display the photograph in its promotional and/or commercial materials, on any medium known or unknown to date.

The volunteer acknowledges and accepts that they may under no circumstances claim remuneration for the use of their image.

The CANNES VOLONTAIRES association undertakes to respect the volunteer’s right to the protection of their image, privacy, and dignity; not to use their name without their express consent; and not to associate photographs with a caption disclosing information that could identify the volunteer or their family, in accordance with the conditions set out in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this article.
